Regent Park planning approval featured in the Architects' Journal

We are delighted to share that we have secured planning approval for our Regent Park masterplan in Salford, a landmark £1.3bn development featuring Europe’s tallest residential tower and a major new urban park. The project will transform the site into an exemplar of high-density, mixed-use urban design.

 

At the heart of our people-first, placemaking-led vision is a generous new park, creating much needed green space for local residents. The masterplan establishes a safe, walkable and inclusive neighbourhood where nature and architecture work together to promote wellbeing, liveability and a strong sense of community.
